Chuck is the CEO of Infinity CRM Solutions. Chuck brings more than 15 years of leadership and a proven track record with Fortune 500 companies to Infinity. His focus at Infinity is to drive the company’s strategic direction and to oversee all operations of the company. Chuck’s extensive experience base in delivering world class, in-and outbound customer relationship solutions for leading mid-market and Fortune 500 corporations gives him an unparalleled understanding of the most pressing needs and concerns of clients across various industry verticals.
Chuck is a Six Sigma Black Belt and received his MBA from the Cambridge University.
Brian Henderson, COO
Brian is the founder and COO of Infinity CRM Solutions. Brian has more than 20 years of call center experience, with nearly 15 years in key executive positions in both emerging and publicly traded companies. His responsibilities at Infinity include all operational aspects of the company, including overseeing the human resource, training, program implementation and management as well the client services sections of Infinity.
Brian is a Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a bachelor’s degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
